Client:

I don’t see providers listed in my area. Will there be services added that are closer to me?

We are constantly adding new resources and services to the platform. If you know of any services in your area that aren’t on the platform, please email us at wecare@path-now.com and we can reach out to the provider to add their information.

Can family members, caregivers, and professional staff create profiles on behalf of the individual with IDD?

Yes. When entering the profile information, you can indicate that you are someone other than the individual filling out the profile information.

How does Path-Now ensure the safety and security of user data?

Path-Now does not share any user information with any third parties, or with any of the providers on the platform.

How does Path-Now verify the accuracy of organization profiles?

With our Verified Path Seal, organizations can have the Path-Now team verify the accuracy of their profile information. If a provider has gone through that process, they will have a yellow checkmark on their profile.

What if my organization is already claimed?

We recommend speaking with your internal team to make sure no one else has claimed your organization. If no one has claimed your organization, you can report it and the Path-Now team will review if they organization has been inappropriately claimed.
